Website Plans – FAQ’s

Development and content

Do you design and develop the website?

Depending on the plan you select we customize the look of the website (change the colors, add your logo, etc) and develop it for you. Soon you will have a fully-functional website.

Can I give you my ideas before you start the website?

Yes. Once you confirm a plan and make the initial payment, we will email you a MS Word document asking you to fill a series of questions. We will use that input when we customize the template you selected.

How can I send the website written content and in what format?

We would like the content to be in MS Word format and with clearly marked page titles followed by the related content. The page titles are very important since they will serve as the website navigation menu of your website.

I feel like none of the plans suit my needs. Do you offer personalized custom development?

Yes we do! We can develop a stunning website customized to what you have in mind. Please describe your requirement and let’s discuss about it.

Managing your own website and content

How can I add more content or change existing content?

We will provide you a user manual with the website along with a backend administration panel providing you to modify the website content.

Is there a backup system in place in case I accidently delete my content?

If you delete a page by accident it will go to trash much like the windows recycle bin. The user manual shows you how to recover it. As another precaution Your website content is backed up every week. We can restore it to the previous version in case of an emergency. We also have a daily backup plan for an additional cost. Can I increase the maximum amount of pages for a plan?

We provide the flexibility to add more pages for a one time extra cost. Contact us with your requirement.

How much space is available for my website?

The allocated space for each plan follows.

  • Advanced -> 500MB
  • Premium –> 750MB
  • Ultimate $175 –> 1000MB

What kind of support is available to manage my website content?

We provide a comprehensive user manual on how to update your website. Its complete with instructions and screenshots of editing and adding content. We also provide support through email and our trouble ticket system. Also you can access our video tutorials on how to manage the website. Please refer to the user manual on how to access our support area.

I’m a novice when it comes to web. Do you think I can manage my own website?

All our website plans is built on top of WordPress framework. It’s the most popular content management system in the internet today with over 75 million websites. A key reason it being so popular is the user friendly aspect and ease of editing content.

Included features, hosting, email, domain registration

Does your services include domain name registration and website hosting?

All our plans include website hosting. and some plans include domain name registration as stated on the plan details.

Do your plans include email?

All our plans come with at least one email account. Please refer to the options included in the plan for details.

Could I have more than one email for a selected plan?

Yes. You can request additional email addresses for an extra monthly fee. Contact us with your requirement.

Could I have my site in other language besides English?

Yes. Our website plans are flexible enough to have in other languages. We can make you feel right at home after a bit of tweaking.

What type of web server will my site be hosted?

Your website will be hosted on a Linux server with PHP/MySQL support.

Monthly cost, hidden fees

Are there any hidden fees that add to the monthly costs?

No. The monthly renewal cost for each plan will stay the same – Unless you have requested extra email addresses, daily backups of your website or additional space.

If I added optional features will that add to the monthly costs?

All our optional features carry a one time fee.

Upgrading plans

I already have a plan and I feel it’s a good time to enhance it. Can I upgrade it to a better one?

Yes. We provide upgrades to any plan at your choosing.

Will my optional features still be available after I upgrade my plan?

The same extra features will be available with your new plan – at no extra cost.

How much do I have to pay to upgrade my plan?

You have to pay the difference between your initital setup cost and the initial setup cost of the new plan.

I’m worried I’m running out of space. Can I buy more space if I require?

Each plan is carefully calculated to have plenty of space. If you require more, get in touch with us and we can increase it for a small extra monthly fee.

Can I downgrade my plan?

Right now we don’t have the option of downgrading of a plan. But you are free to purchase a lower plan with a 20% discount and we will migrate your existing content free of charge.

Website host elsewhere, transfers

Can I host my website on my own?

All our website plans have to be hosted with us.

Can I move my website plans after being developed to another server?

The website plans are non-transferable and have to be hosted with us at least for 2 years. After that we can help you transfer it to a compatible platform.

Can I order a website plan and host it elsewhere or on my own server?

Website plans can only be hosted with us. However we create custom built websites that can be hosted anywhere. Click here to fill in your requirement and lets discuss about your project.

How to order and payments

How do I order a website plan?

You can order a website plan in 3 easy steps :

  1. pick a website plan that applies best to your needs
  2. select optional features that you might require
  3. review your selection and send us the inquiry or pay online using paypal

Once we receive your selection we will send you a confirmation email along with our bank details. Once you make the payment we will start working on your website. Click here to start!

How can I pay for my website plan?

You can either pay by Paypal (visit the paypal website to find out. It’s free!) or initiate a direct bank deposit to our bank account in Australia.

Ecommerce and payment gateways

Do your services or plans include shopping carts and e-commerce websites?

Only the Ultimate Plan can be integrated with a shopping cart and function as an e-commerce website.

What is the payment gateway used to integrate the payments?

Our Plan that support online selling are compatible with PayPal, Google Checkout and Chronopay payment gateways.

For an additional cost we can integrate Authorize.net, FirstData/LinkPoint, eWay Payment iDEAL, BluePay, DPS, Paystation and SagePay systems.

You must have a valid payment gateway for us to integrate it. If you want a different payment gateway in mind fill this form and we will let you know if its compatible.

Graphic Design – FAQ’s

Design and concepts

When do you start working on my project?

We will start on your project within 3 business days after you fill out the creative brief document and make the payment.

When can I expect to see my initial concept?

It will take approximately 4 to 10 working days for us to design and present you with the first concept. Please note it depends on the job you select. A company profile initial concept will take longer to develop than a 2 fold brochure.

In what file format will you send me the design concepts?

We will send you the concepts in the file format you have selected when you filled the creative brief document. Most often it would be in PDF or jpg format.

How will you send me the initial concepts?

We will email the concepts to the email address you provided in the creative brief document.

Can you add on to my existing brochure/profile etc. that was designed previously by another designer?

It would depend on a few factors. If you have the original artwork in a compatible format, the quality of the material and images etc. Do get in touch with us with your requirements. We will evaluate it and let you know what can be done.

Modifications and your suggestions

How many modifications can I suggest?

We allow 3 concept modifications for any graphic design work. Once finalized, we will lock in the concept to develop the rest of the pages/layouts. If the concept changes once the pages are designed, we will have to charge for the additional changes.

Can I change the concept once it is finalised?

You can. But there will be an extra cost involved depending how much progress we have made with the initial design.

Can you design a brochure/profile etc according to my idea?

Yes we can. But there are a lot of considerations and limitations when it comes to the design process that you might overlook. So it is best you leave the design part to us but we will consider all your suggestions and try to incorporate them as far as possible.

Can I suggest fonts for my design?

Yes. But some fonts don’t look good on print. A lot of factors like line spacing, character spacing, font styles can effect the overall look. It is best to leave the font selection to us. We will use the best fonts to match your brand.

Can I suggest colors for my design?

You can certainly suggest what type of design you want, for an example Traditional, Loud, Creative, New age, clean and soothing or dark and bold etc. Apart from that it is best to leave the color selection to us. If your corporation has a specific color guide that we should follow please mention it along with the creative brief that we send you to fill.

Can you design my profile/presentation etc. exactly like the other company?

We believe developing your unique identity is the best way to stand out from the competition. Setting benchmarks and raising the bar is what we are good at. Let your competitors follow you – not visa versa.

Can I provide feedback for modifications via Phone or Skype?

All our graphic design projects require you to send us your valuable suggestions in email only. By sticking to that policy we can direct your comments and suggestions directly to the designer. It eliminates the errors and makes the design process a lot more efficient.

Odering and payments

How do I order or find out more about a creative design?

Send us an inquiry with what you have in mind. Once you make the payment and we receive the confirmation we will start on the design process.

Do you start work without an initial payment?

If I am in a different country other than Australia how can I make a payment?

Refunds and copyright

Who owns the rights to the designs once it’s designed?

All rights for the graphic designs we create belong to the customer. We claim the right to feature them on our website.

If I am not satisfied with the preliminary concept can I ask for a refund?

We do not provide refunds for our graphic work. We have a very high satisfaction rate from all our customers. Every client is important to us and we will work with you and make sure that you are satisfied with the designs. Final artwork formats and colors

Why does the colors I picked for my design and the ones in the final look different?

Color displayed on screen is optimized for viewing and the actual print process artwork is optimized for printing. Since the two use different methods they look different when you compare on screen. We use PANTONE color guides to ensure the final artwork colors are accurate as possible to the designs on screen.

Can you finalize my design using only PANTONE colours?

Yes, we can develop your artwork using Pantone colours without converting it to CMYK. You need to mention that in the creative brief you fill out.

How do I receive my final files?

Your final design material is sent via email. If we feel the file size is too large we will send a link for you to download. All final artwork will be sent as a compressed zip file.

When I printed my designs from my home printer why doesn’t it look right?

Average home printers don’t have the advanced color management to print your designs properly. It also depends on the paper you use. We highly recommend you use a professional service to print your design material. If you want a small quantity printed there are many online services available that offer high quality digital printing.

Can you make my final artwork editable?

Yes. But you will need a compatible program to edit files ie. Adobe Illustrator.

Will you give us the original artwork once my project is finished?

Yes. We will provide you the final artwork.

Identity Plans – FAQ’s

Design,variations and revisions

When do you start on my project?

We will start on your project within 3 business days after you fill out the creative brief document and make the payment.

What are concepts?

Concepts are the different logo ideas that we design for your selection after studying the creative brief document you fill.

What are revisions?

Revisions are the changes we do to a logo on your request once you pick a logo concept. They are minor modifications to the design you pick where we further customize the logo to fit your business.

What are variations?

Variations are different look of a chosen concept. For an example we maintain the same logo design but change only the colors, font type and size etc.

When can I expect to see my initial designs?

It will take approximately 3 to 7 working days for us to design and present you with the first concept depending on the plan you choose.

In what file format will you send me the design concepts?

The number of modifications allowed to the chosen concept depends on the plan you select.

What modifications I can suggest?

There is no limitations to the kind of modifications that can be made to the concepts once they are designed. Every revision can be used to ask for any kind of modification, using your variation limits. The number of variation limits depends on the plan you select.

Can you design a logo based on my own idea?
